💭 Traditionally, it was believed that standing on nails for 30–40 minutes or even an hour was necessary. However, such prolonged practices often led to a sense of struggle rather than fostering inner growth.

• Realizing your role as a Creator in the “here and now.” - Rest for 10–30 seconds. Use this time to feel the changes in your body, observe yourself, and focus on your breathing.
- Repeat the cycle. With each repetition, intensify your intention, infusing it with energy and clarity.
