Nail Standing Practice – Harmonize Body, Mind, and Spirit

💭 Traditionally, it was believed that standing on nails for 30–40 minutes or even an hour was necessary. However, such prolonged practices often led to a sense of struggle rather than fostering inner growth.

✨ I propose a new approach that gently connects the body, mind, and spirit:

  1. Stand on the nails for 10–15 seconds. During this time, set your intention through feeling. For example:
    Harmonizing your masculine or feminine energy.
    Opening yourself to love for yourself and the world.
    Realizing your role as a Creator in the “here and now.”
  2. Rest for 10–30 seconds. Use this time to feel the changes in your body, observe yourself, and focus on your breathing.
  3. Repeat the cycle. With each repetition, intensify your intention, infusing it with energy and clarity.

🕊️ This practice not only gently guides you into a state of inner harmony but also activates a tremendous amount of energy. This energy becomes available to realize your positive goals and true desires.

💡 Before standing on the nails, ask yourself: “What do I truly want?” Approach this question not with the mind, but with feeling. When you connect with this intention, it becomes part of you.
